All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery for UAE orders. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

We ship internationally to over 50 countries. Shipping times vary by destination and method selected. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, these are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Returns must include original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

All content on the SiTr website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and software, is the property of SiTr and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without express written permission.
